LTV Ratio
Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio is the loan amount as a percentage of the property's value. A 75% LTV on a ₹50L property means you borrow ₹37.5L and pay ₹12.5L as down payment. Higher LTV means lower down payment but higher risk for the lender.
