The Service provides legal information, NOT legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is formed by your use of GotRedFlags. The AI analysis is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified advocate enrolled with a Bar Council in India. You should always consult a licensed legal professional before making legal or financial decisions.
4. Accuracy Limitations
While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated analysis may contain errors. Statute citations are verified against our curated database but may not reflect the latest amendments. GotRedFlags does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload documents to the Service. You must not upload documents that contain illegal content or that you do not have authorization to share.
6. Data Handling
Uploaded documents are processed by AI models and stored securely. We do not share your documents with third parties except as needed to operate the Service (e.g., AI model providers for analysis). See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Limitation of Liability
GotRedFlags is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GotRedFlags and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
